Elegibility / Induction Critera

1. The student/athlete must have made a major contribution to the athletic program as an athlete.

2. A student /athlete must have graduated from high school or college at least ten (10) years prior to consideration for induction.

3. Have demonstrated high qualities of character and leadership during attendance and in their communities following graduation.

1. Must have a been a coach/administrator for at least ten (10) years. 

2. Has made a major contribution to the athletic program, shown growth in the program, and has been a leader in the program and the community.

1. Must have been a sports broadcaster or sportswriter for at least ten (10) years.

2. Has made a major contribution to the field of athletics and their community.

1. A nomination received posthumously for any category shall receive equal consideration (waiting period may be waived).

1. The professional athlete must have made a major contribution to their community as an athlete.

2. A professional athlete must have graduated from high school or college at least ten (10) years prior to consideration for induction. The athlete must also have been a professional for at least (10) years prior to induction.

3. Have demonstrated high qualities of character and leadership during their professional career and in their communities.

1. Must have been an Official for at least twenty (20) years.

2. Has made a major contribution to the field of athletics as an official and their community. 

1. The Twelfth Man Award will be presented to any individual(s) or business who have given of their time, talents, and resources to further the athletic program.

​2. The Twelfth Man Award shall be limited to one per year.
